Return Period
The return period for online purchases is 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

Return Eligibility Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
Items that show signs of use, washing, odors, or missing tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Return Methods and Costs
Exchange / Refund via Gift Card
ITALY:
Free of charge. We will provide a prepaid return label, which must be used to return the item. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.
EU Countries (CEE):
€10. This amount covers return shipping and will be deducted from the final refund. A prepaid label will be provided and must be used. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.
Non-EU Countries (Extra CEE):
€40. This amount covers return shipping and will be deducted from the final refund. A prepaid label will be provided and must be used. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected, and within 3–5 business days, we will send the replacement item or issue a gift card refund.
Refund to Original Payment Method
ITALY:
€7. This amount covers return shipping and will be deducted from the refund. A prepaid label will be provided and must be used. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.
EU Countries (CEE):
€20. This amount covers return shipping and will be deducted from the refund. A prepaid label will be provided and must be used. Returns shipped independently will not be accepted.

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund to the original payment method will be issued within 3–5 business days.
Right of Withdrawal
Unless an exception applies, users may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within the period specified below (generally 14 days) for any reason and without justification. More information on the right of withdrawal can be found in this section.
Who Is Eligible
Unless otherwise stated, users acting as European Consumers are legally entitled to withdraw from contracts concluded online (distance contracts) within the period specified below, for any reason and without justification.
Users who do not meet these requirements are not entitled to the rights described in this section.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send a clear statement of their intention to withdraw from the contract to the seller.
They may use the standard withdrawal form found in the definitions section of this document, or communicate their intent in any other appropriate manner. To meet the withdrawal deadline, the user must send their withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.
Withdrawal Deadline
For the purchase of goods, the withdrawal period ends 14 days after the user or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) receives the goods.
In case of multiple items ordered together but delivered separately, or in the case of a single item consisting of multiple parts or lots delivered separately, the period ends 14 days after the user or a third party receives the final item, part, or lot.
Effects of Withdrawal
The seller will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after being informed of the user’s decision to withdraw.
Unless otherwise agreed, the refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction. The user will not incur any fees for this refund.
Return of Goods
Unless the seller has offered to collect the goods, the user must return them to the seller or to a person authorized to receive them, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice.
The deadline is met if the user hands over the goods to the courier or authorized person before the 14-day period expires. Refunds may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of return is provided.
The user is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Extended Right of Withdrawal (30 Days)
In addition to the legal withdrawal right, the seller grants users a contractual extension to withdraw from the contract within 30 days. This extended right is subject to the same conditions as the legal withdrawal right, including deadlines and return procedures.
Warranty
Legal Warranty of Conformity
According to EU law, sellers are required to guarantee the conformity of goods for a minimum of 2 years from delivery. Goods must match their description and be fit for purpose.
This applies to European Consumers, and local national laws may grant additional rights.
Consumers outside the EU may be entitled to different rights under local laws.
Satisfaction Guarantee – Goods
In addition to legal rights, users may return an item they’re not satisfied with within 15 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Users must send a clear statement of their intention to return the item, and although not required, are encouraged to specify the reason.
Returned items must be in resalable condition, clean, and in original packaging, and the return shipping is at the user’s expense. After inspection, the seller will refund the item price if all conditions are met.
Satisfaction Guarantee – Services
Similarly, users who are not satisfied with a service may withdraw within 15 days of contract conclusion.
The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Users must send a clear statement of withdrawal. Although not required, users are encouraged to share the reason.
If all refund conditions are met, the price will be refunded and access to the service will be revoked.
